Job Requirements
①Full-time regular four-year bachelor’s degree or higher, under 40 years of age, majoring in mechanical & electrical engineering or automation.
②Minimum 5 years of design experience in non-standard automated machinery, with at least 1 year of experience in production line layout design for casting/coating equipment.
③Proficient in CAD, SolidWorks and other engineering drawing software, with independent design capability and creative thinking.
④Meticulous, responsible, and rigorous work ethic, with strong coordination and adaptability.
Job Responsibilities
①Develop mechanical design proposals according to project needs and evaluate their feasibility.
②Assist supervisors in communicating with suppliers, identifying critical issues, and implementing improvements.
③Create, revise, and optimize 2D drawings and 3D models, and generate BOMs and final drawing packages.
④Independently select standard components and perform design parameter calculations.
⑤Collect, organize, and maintain project documentation and records.
⑥Perform other related duties as required.

③Proficient in general office software and drawing software; capable of drawing component and part drawings (mandatory).

Job Responsibilities
①Undertake retrofitting and optimization of existing equipment, and participate in the design and development of newly introduced equipment.
②Establish equipment and facility management ledgers, formulate and implement maintenance plans and management documents.
③Perform on-line machine setup and adjustment, troubleshoot equipment failures, and ensure stable and reliable operation.
④Analyze equipment malfunctions and carry out continuous improvement actions.
⑤Develop and implement technical transformation plans and schemes based on product process requirements.
⑥Have basic experience in enterprise safety management.
⑦Assist supervisors in the implementation and follow-up of new projects.

Job Requirements
①High school diploma or above, aged 25-35; must be able to work in a cleanroom environment.
②Good physical health, strong learning ability, hardworking, able to follow instructions and demonstrate strong execution.
③Must be willing to work in a cleanroom and cooperate with shift rotations (infrequent).
④Prior experience in slitting PE/PO/PI films, especially films prone to stretching, is preferred. Experience with rewinding, casting lines, coating, or the thin film industry is a plus.

Job Requirements
①Candidates with QS (Quality System) experience in the thin film new materials industry are prioritized. Proven relevant working experience, proficient in IQC, IPQC and QA report preparation and record keeping.
②Familiar with document management in accordance with ISO series certification standards.
③Capable of analyzing and resolving quality abnormalities in production processes and customer complaints; proficient in 8D report analysis and preparation.
④Knowledgeable about ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems with implementation experience; able to independently cope with customer on-site system audits.
